Avoid water, steam and sweating for the first 24–48 hours.
Clean gently
Clean your lashes daily with a lash-safe cleanser using a soft brush.

Do not rub, pull or pick at your lashes.
Avoid
Avoid mascara, oil-based products and makeup remover on your lashes.
Be gentle
Be gentle while sleeping and pat your lashes dry.

A few things before
your appointment.
A little preparation makes your lash time
that much sweeter.
01Booking & deposit
- A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
02Cancellations
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Late cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of the deposit.
03Late policy
- There is a 10-minute grace period.
- After 10 minutes, there will be an additional $10 fee.
- After 15 minutes, the appointment is cancelled.
04Refills
- Refills should be booked every 2–3 weeks with 40% or more lashes remaining.
- After 3 weeks, the appointment will be considered a full set.
05Payment
- Cash only.
- Remaining balance will be taxed if not paid in cash.
06Appointment etiquette & health
- Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup.
- Please limit extra guests and silence your phone.
- Let Garima know about any allergies, sensitivities or eye concerns.
- Do not book if you have an eye infection or irritation.

How do I request an appointment?
Fill out the request form with the set you’re interested in, what kind of look you want and your preferred date. Garima will reply with pricing and availability.
Is submitting the form a confirmed appointment?
No. Your appointment is only confirmed once Garima responds and the required $20 deposit is received.
Where are you located?
Lashed by Garima is based in Brampton, Ontario. Appointments are by appointment only. Final appointment details can be provided directly once your booking is confirmed.
When should I book a fill?
Fills should generally be booked every 2–3 weeks with at least 40% of your lashes remaining. After 3 weeks, the appointment will be considered a full set.
What should I do before my appointment?
Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, and let Garima know about any allergies, sensitivities or eye concerns.
